Filing a Complaint

All programs and institutions that are accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation must continue to meet the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions throughout its period of accreditation.The ones who wish to make a complaint about academic or administrative matters should complete the Student Complaint Form (available both online and in the Student Affairs Office) and may leave it to the Director’s secretary so as to meet the Director, Vice-Directors, or related Program Coordinator. As for the Proficency Exams, if  students would like  thier exam papers to be re-evaluated, they need to complete the Proficiency Appeals Form (available both online and in the Student Affairs Office) and leave it to the Student Affairs Office. As a CEA-accredited institution, any person may also or alternatively contact the CEA giving details in writing of their complaint. Please click here to see the process.
